Processing Time
All Suet'Amor orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Suet'Amor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at care@shopsuetamor.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@shopsuetamor.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Suet'Amor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at care@shopsuetamor.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
